10" Picture Disc - Upload Your Tracks

Bought this as a gift for a musician in my family so they could have physical media. It's beautiful and sounds great.
The upload interface was easy to use.
The customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful

This was the first vinyl I've ever purchased and it won't be the last. Got this as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loved it. Vinyl was also delivered 2 days earlier.

I decided to put together a record a week before my friend's 10-year anniversary. My initial order seemed great, but I realized that I hadn't selected the "front of the line" processing. I emailed after asking if they could send me the invoice for the rush order, they did and they were quick and polite. All in the same token, I realized that the shipping address was incorrect. I wanted it to go to my friend and not my house - another mistake that was handled swiftly by the customer service team. In addition to this, the record was produced and shipped in a very timely manner. Got to my friend quicker than I thought it would and for me that was what I wanted and needed.

Why four stars?

Well, the four stars is because of the customer service. The missing fifth star is because of the sound quality. This is where the gift becomes a novelty item. I took the time to curate the very specific songs, edited one down to include the proposal audio, and incorporated everything in a way that truly hit my friend and his wife right in the feels. He and I are both audiophiles, so a few days removed, I asked how the sound quality was when he listened to it. I quote his response via text: "It’s ok. It sounds like old school vinyl, not new school audio, if that makes sense."

I saw this a lot in the more negative reviews of the vinyl. I don't think this is a bad thing; however, for the cost of the record and the rush shipping, I do think the quality could be better.

This is something I bought for them and it really encapsulates their relationship from the night they met until 10 years after their wedding. That cannot be matched in terms of the sentimental value of these records. You are giving something to someone that has great graphics of your choice as well as songs of your choice.

If you are expecting to listen to MP3 quality audio don't mislead yourself. That's not on the company - that is on you.

Buy with confidence. Put some effort in... and receive a great gift for someone you care a lot about. If done correctly you cannot go wrong.

Record came well packed and plays nicely, we did have to add coins ontop of it for more weight because it played too fast at one speed but too slow at another. The picture needed to be moved up a little bit on the record but I believe it adds character. My boyfriend loves records and definitely thought it was a great gift!
