I decided to put together a record a week before my friend's 10-year anniversary. My initial order seemed great, but I realized that I hadn't selected the "front of the line" processing. I emailed after asking if they could send me the invoice for the rush order, they did and they were quick and polite. All in the same token, I realized that the shipping address was incorrect. I wanted it to go to my friend and not my house - another mistake that was handled swiftly by the customer service team. In addition to this, the record was produced and shipped in a very timely manner. Got to my friend quicker than I thought it would and for me that was what I wanted and needed.

Why four stars?

Well, the four stars is because of the customer service. The missing fifth star is because of the sound quality. This is where the gift becomes a novelty item. I took the time to curate the very specific songs, edited one down to include the proposal audio, and incorporated everything in a way that truly hit my friend and his wife right in the feels. He and I are both audiophiles, so a few days removed, I asked how the sound quality was when he listened to it. I quote his response via text: "It’s ok. It sounds like old school vinyl, not new school audio, if that makes sense."

I saw this a lot in the more negative reviews of the vinyl. I don't think this is a bad thing; however, for the cost of the record and the rush shipping, I do think the quality could be better.

This is something I bought for them and it really encapsulates their relationship from the night they met until 10 years after their wedding. That cannot be matched in terms of the sentimental value of these records. You are giving something to someone that has great graphics of your choice as well as songs of your choice.

If you are expecting to listen to MP3 quality audio don't mislead yourself. That's not on the company - that is on you.

Buy with confidence. Put some effort in... and receive a great gift for someone you care a lot about. If done correctly you cannot go wrong.

Very pleased with the look & sound of the vinyl

It is incredibly hard to find classic Latin vinyls, so after much disappointment going store to store and hearing him ask just to be told no, I took matters into my own hands. I curated a playlist, sent it in for submission, and out came a vinyl full of all his favorite hits. He was so surprised and loves it so much. The sound is great. No scratches, no hiccups. Quality vinyl and sound.

Came exactly how I wanted. Super impressed by both the turnaround and quality. Absolutely worth every penny. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to have a physical copy of my band's album. 💖

I put together a custom album for my partner with some of our favorite songs from our favorite band! I loved the ability to customize the cover and labels, makes it look that much cooler!

Created a custom jacket, input my track list and chose record color. Got exactly what I wanted. Good quality and fairly quick delivery!

This is an absolutely AMAZING gift! I purchased for my anniversary coming up and absolutely love how it turned out. Website was very easy to work with, overall process was smooth. Only took about a week and a half to receive my order. Packaging was very secure, no way for it to be damaged. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and would highly encourage anyone else to buy it from this site as well.

They do such a great job on the vinyl and jacket. I'm always so happy with the finished product.

I ordered and paid for two copies of an album. I only received one. I have reached out but no reply.

Record came well packed and plays nicely, we did have to add coins ontop of it for more weight because it played too fast at one speed but too slow at another. The picture needed to be moved up a little bit on the record but I believe it adds character. My boyfriend loves records and definitely thought it was a great gift!

I haven’t opened it to listen, as it’s a Christmas gift for my son but the cover of the Jacket came out perfect! I am so excited for him to open this!!

I had this record made for my sister and her husband with all the special songs from their wedding. I was even able to customize the front and back sleeves with their wedding photos. They absolutely loved it — such a perfect keepsake!

From concept to completion, David was PHENOMENAL! He kept in touch with me throughout the process of making a vinyl compilation for my boyfriend’s birthday, and it turned out PERFECT! He was super quick, super professional and super reasonable, thank you SO much! We are so so so happy with the final product and can’t wait to make more with you guys!

I designed a record for my wife and I's one year anniversary. I am very particular about the quality of a vinyl record and sleeve; especially when it is over $100 and going to my wife on an important day. I am so excited to give it to her as it exceeded my expectations! How cool that this kind of project is possible! Also they shipped it so fast for me. Only a couple weeks from order to my doorstep.

The whole process was easy and quite fast. The record was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The sound quality isn't the best, but what do you expect from cutting a new vinyl from digital tracks. I still love the record, and we have listened to it a bunch already. I would highly recommend getting a unique LP as a gift or for personal use.

The vinyl itself is mostly perfect with one exception in my case. The first song starts off good but about halfway through it starts to sound warped and distorted then for the last part of the song it goes back to sounding fine. Every song after the first song on side a is perfect and all songs on side b are perfect. It's just that middle part of the first song that urks me. I'm lead to believe that there may be a slight defect in the vinyl in that spot since it's always just that spot and nowhere else that I get some warping and distorted sounds.

The sleeve came out beautifully and shipping turned out to be a lot quicker than expected, about a week from order to delivery for me.

I got in contact with David about a request for the custom vinyl I wanted, got a response within 2 minutes and was able to seamlessly checkout within 5 minutes. I will 100% recommend to all friends and family!!! Keep it up!

Freestyle Vinyl did a wonderful job creating this album! For my first anniversary with my husband, I wanted to create a unique gift that would remind him of our wedding day. I designed the sleeve and uploaded all the special songs we played at our wedding and on our honeymoon. The audio on the album turned out perfectly and everything printed beautifully too! Safe to say he was extremely surprised by the gift and absolutely loved it! Thank you :)

Sounds great and looks beautiful! Their staff was kind and worked with me to find a cover we could use when one of my songs didn’t exists for purchase anywhere. Definitely recommend!

Exactly what I expected.

As an over 20x repeat customer, I can confidently say the product and the customer service is the best there is.

I had a gatefold vinyl cover made for my wedding with mine and my fiancés pictures on it. We plan on having people sign it as a guest book & it turned out amazing! Shipping was faster than expected! I contacted customer service to see when I should expect it to arrive and they were very prompt and kind! Will order again!
