The Freestyle team made a record for me to give my wife. I designed a few photos for the jacket and listed the songs I wanted, they did they work.
Some of my songs were too long to fit on one side of the record, Freestyle was quick to reach out. We were able to re-arrange the songs to fit on both sides of the album. Excellent customer service.
The quality of their work was excellent, they produced a beautiful product. My wife was ecstatic with her gift, it was very emotional for her that I spent the time to set this up and included "our songs."

David from Freestyle Vinyl provided excellent customer service! He quickly and kindly accommodated an issue with my initial order and made the process very nice. I paid for rush production, and I don't regret it one bit -- my vinyl was made and shipped the next day! Got here super fast. The lathe-cut record itself is excellent, and the custom jacket was printed on a heavyweight paper and excellently glued together. The sound of the vinyl is great -- a little peaky in some spots, but I didn't mix my sounds (and I think it just adds to the flavor of the vinyl medium.) Excellent vinyl sound. I couldn't be happier!

I had to deal with one of their people and he was kind of a pompous jerk, but their quality of work is top shelf. I've tried others who make vinyls but their quality of work was poor. I came back to Freestyle and they didn't let me down. I'll probably come back again, and I'll refer them to others who want to shelf quality records
The last song on side b cuts off a little bit but other then that I absolutely love my record. It’s amazing and I will probably be ordering again at some point. I also got the custom cover and both sides came out perfect.
